Shipping and Handling FAQ's

Standard Shipping Most People will use standard shipping. Our goal is to ship the product within 1 business day and haveit delivered to you in NO MORE than 4 business days. It can take as much as 6 business days but generally your product with Standard shipping will arrive in 4 days or less. New England costumers should receive it in 1-2 days as we ship from NH.

United States Shipping and Handling Charges and Times

The following table explains how we calculate domestic shipping and handling costs:

NOTE: There is a delay for Military APO/FPO's, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, and International locations. Items may
be shipped to these destinations via Economy Shipping, but arrival time is out of our control. Please DO NOT select
any of the other options for these destinations as it will not be able to ship to you via these methods. We apologize
for the inconvenience.

Please Note:
*In all domestic shipping options Business Days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday,
Sunday and holidays.

For delivery to address in Alaska and Hawaii via Standard Shipping, Please allow for an additional
1-2 days from what is listed in the chart. (Express and Premium Shipping options are as listed in
chart for AK and HI.)

Shipping time frames Not applicable for:

• International Orders
• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays
• Orders for Mascots, large props, or Special Order Items
• Items marked in the description as being out of stock

IMPORTANT: Most orders ship within 24 hours and above time does not include time to pack and
ship and does not include Holidays and weekends. DURING checkout you can specify an optional NEED BY DATE and we will contact you if the chosen shipping method will not arrive in time based on your need date.

If I Place My Order Today, When Will I Receive It?

Most orders will ship within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. In some rare
instances, it may take up to 3 business days (business days are weekdays, Monday-Friday,
excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) for processing AFTER you place your order
BEFORE it will ship. After processing time, shipping time will be based on the delivery
option you selected. Ship times vary and do not have a guaranteed delivery date.

You can also track your order on our website. Please click the button labeled, "Order Status".
From here you may check the status of an order, obtain tracking information, and view your
shipping information. Instructions are provided to help you log in, including password hints,
obtaining a new password, etc. If you did not use the member checkout option you will be
asked to enter your e-mail address and the billing zip code from your order. Then you will
be able to see if your order is being processed (picking) or, if your order has been shipped,
shipment tracking number(s), and scheduled delivery dates. Your e-mail address is only
used to identify your account, to notify you about current promotions and specials, and to
send out updates on your pending orders.

 

Can Ordercostumes ship to International or overseas locations?

We can ship International. The time frame of delivery is not guaranteed and returns are not
accepted on International shipments. You will have the option of choosing international shipping
during checkout.

International Shipping Time

Virgin Islands: We are only able to ship to the Virgin Islands via USPS Priority Mail, regardless of the
shipping method selected. Any shipping method selected for the Virgin Islands will take
approximately 6-10 business days. Because FedEx and UPS do not ship to the Virgin Islands, the
earliest your package can arrive is 6-10 business days.

New England customers should recieve it in 1-2.

How do I receive my order?

Your order will arrive via US Postal Service or UPS in most cases. We occasionally may use another
carrier if circumstances warrant but for the vast majority of shipments they will arrive via UPS or the
Post Office.

How do I know which shiping option to select?

Estimate your need date and use the chart above. For MOST people standard or super saver are the
best options. During checkout you can enter a need by date if you want and IF the method chosen does
not allow the product to arrive in time we can notify you and upgrade shipping if you desire.

Where's the rest of my order?

If we have only some of the items in stock we will notify you as to whether you want partial shipments. If you
agree to partial shipment we will keep you notified as to a time frame on the rest of your order via email from
customer service. We rarely ship partials so IT is not something that happens on a regular basis.
