FAQ:

How do I order the right size?

We include information on sizes in the description of each costume. Many manufacturers sizes differ from one to the next so read the descriptions closely. If there is only one size to choose then that is all we carry or it is one size fits all. We will let you know if it is one size fits all.

What is the return policy?

From October 1 thru November 4 returns are not gauranteed to bo processed until after November 5. Our regular return policy applies as below but processing of a credit may be delayed and not credited until November 5. If you need and exchange or are missing an item from your costume please contact us immediately so we can take care of the issue right away. Quickest response will come from emailing us at costumes@ordercostumes.com.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A Return Authorized Number(RAN) from Ordercostumes.com which you can receive by emailing us at returns@ordercostumes.com and including the following information:

Order Number
Reason for Return
Resolution you request (new costume, refund, credit etc...)

Your item MUST be unused and in its original packaging(See below for more detail)

You can return your unused costume within 14 days AFTER receiving a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our customer service staff via email. The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise in the original packaging and responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are never refunded.If there is missing items please email us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation.

Please keep in mind that the following items are never returnable or exchangeable: undergarments, socks, stockings, dress patterns, video tapes, CD’s, catalogs, eye lashes, any artificial hair, prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth, and any item that has been worn or used. Due to health regulations, we are NOT allowed to accept ANY undergarments, socks or stockings as returns. Make up, wigs and beards must be returned unopened. So please make sure to choose sizing on these items very carefully.

Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges.

Ordercostumes.com reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking charge for any orders returned that have a total sale price of $200 or if there is more than 3 of the same item returned

When will I receive my shipment?

In stock costumes should ship within 1 business day of receiving your order, this time may stretch to 3-5 days during October. If the item is not in stock we will inform you as to the expected delivery date. In most cases we are at the mercy of the costume manufacturer but we will do our best to keep you as informed as possible.

Will we ship to a PO Box?

Yes we can ship to a PO Box. All items to a PO box will ship via US Postal Service.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

Yes we will ship to APO addresses but delivery time is out of our control. We will ship via US Postal Service and delivery is at the discretion of the receiving APO facility.

What are your security and privacy policies?

What do I do if I have any problems ordering?

Please e-mail us with a return e-mail and reachable phone number with the issue and we will take care of it ASAP.

NOTE: We have the right to refuse the sale of any incorrectly priced merchandise offered on Ordercostumes.com. Pricing errors are subject to be corrected without notice. We will reflect any corrections to the price on the website as soon as we become aware of them. We will not increase the dollar amount for any item that has been ordered and not shipped without first getting your permission. We aplogize for any inconvenience this may cause.
